Abstract:

Conceptual fundamentals and basic principles of fuel-and-energy balances formation under competitive conditions in energy sector are proposed. Development principles of matrix-topological interproduct balance model and algorithm for technological losses calculations in transport networks for this model are improved. The directions of perfection of the technical-and-economic regulation of normative-and-legal basis for fuel-and-energy complex enterprise performances under market rules are considered.
