Impartial evaluations of effectiveness of the combined production of electric and thermal energy from common data of statistical account

Abstract:

On the basis of two independent approaches it is led to, that objective allocation of charges of energy between the products of the combined production of electric and thermal energy is determined by the law of saving and transformation of mechanical energy. The universal formulas for estimation of charges of fuel on electric and thermal energy output by options of their combined production of arbitrary type from data of external (commercial) consideration are given.
