The new method of account of threshold meanings of indicators of energy security- method of functional interrelations is described which allows to take into account mutual communication of indicators of energy safety ss among themselves, and with indicators of economic safety. It enables on the accepted one main threshold meaning of the indicator of economic safety with use of the block diagrams of interrelation to expect threshold meanings of indicators of energy safety. The indicators of energy safety is chosen and systematized in blocks. Tine results of accounts of indicators of energy safety - threshold and actual are given, and on them the estimation of a condition of a level of energy safety of power system of Moldova is made.

At present, there exists only a single approach to decision making on the safety of NPP, based on a probabilistic estimate. Nevertheless, the safety of NPP is substantiated, as earlier, from deterministic positions. To remove this contradiction, we have developed a concept of safety management, based on deterministic analysis. It involves the measurement of safety margins and their comparison with the deterministic safety criteria for substantiated decision making. This methodology is recommended for the nuclear regulation and NPP designing and operation.

The box model with a retarded parameter is presented in the article. The model takes into consideration both the water transportation time and Sr-90 contamination through the reservoir. As a result, the model UNDBE considerably increases the accuracy of prediction of Sr-90 concentration in the reservoir outflow particularly in the case of a short time forecast. This approach does not require more detailed field measures than the full mixed camera model does. The mathematical and soft complexity of the model has increased insignificantly. There are results of modeling the Sr-90 concentration in the Kiev reservoir after the Chernobyl accident in the article. With aid of the model the influence of the modes of the Kiev HHP operation on the concentration change has been evaluated.
